Shift Supervisor, Engineer, MTP

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with production plans for MTP operations.
Maintain and monitor coating and spray systems, including spray guns, containers, material supply lines, stirrers, and related equipment.
Manage inventory of critical spare parts and coating fixtures.
Drive machine modifications and process improvements to maximize productivity.
Maintain quality standards and support implementation of Poka-Yoke systems.
Supervise and maintain Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Incinerator, coating machines, degreasing and phosphating lines, and grit blasting operations.
Support process audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote and improve HSE standards within the production area.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2-6 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and productivity improvement techniques.
Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Punjabi
