Your Responsibilities:
Business Development: Cultivate and secure new client relationships.
Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top candidates for your clients.
Creative Ad Writing: Craft compelling job adverts that resonate with candidates and represent our clients’ needs.
Interviewing Excellence: Identify and interview the best talent in the market.
Strategic Marketing: Create personalized marketing materials to showcase candidates and services.
Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, social events, and lunches.
Qualifications:
While sales or recruitment experience is beneficial, it’s not essential. We value excellent communication skills, a drive for excellence, and a strong work ethic.
