I'm hiring a hands-on QA Engineer for BridgeAthletic, a sports performance software platform used by coaches and athletes.
This is an individual contributor role, not a QA Manager or Team Lead position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys automation engineering, takes ownership of product quality, and wants to grow with the team.
MUST-HAVES (Please read before applying)
Compensation: Your expected annual compensation must be within USD 18,000–24,000.
Availability: You must be available to join immediately or preferably within 15 days.
Employment arrangement: You must be comfortable working remotely from India as a full-time independent contractor, rather than on Indian payroll.
QA automation ownership: Hands-on experience building, maintaining or significantly improving automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or equivalent tools. Merely executing existing scripts is insufficient.
CI/CD experience: Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
API and security testing: Practical experience testing APIs, authentication, user roles, permissions and access controls.
Career motivation: Genuine interest in remaining a hands-on QA Engineer, taking ownership of product quality and growing with BridgeAthletic.
Remote collaboration: Strong English communication skills and readiness to work independently with internationally distributed teams.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
Hands-on testing experience across both iOS and Android applications.
Experience with B2B SaaS or other production software products.
Performance testing experience, particularly k6.
Interest in sports, fitness or athlete performance technology.
I'm particularly interested in QA Engineers with approximately 4–7 years of experience who can demonstrate real ownership of automation.
