Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant/Personal Shopper role based in our corporate office in Saket. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their style preferences, and providing personalized fashion and sneaker recommendations and upselling the products. Daily tasks include guiding customers through product selections, coordinating outfits, and suggesting accessories and care products to complete their look. The role also includes handling basic sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a the customer retention.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge, especially in sneakers, streetwear, and related accessories.
Candidates should possess Fashion Consulting skills, including styling, trend awareness, and outfit coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, respectful, and engaging interactions with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on building rapport, active listening, and resolving concerns professionally.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and supporting point-of-sale processes.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or fashion experience, familiarity with streetwear and sneaker culture, basic inventory handling, and comfort working in a fast-paced store environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; weekend and holiday availability is an advantage.
