Role Description The SAP BTP Consultant - Trainer is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves designing and delivering SAP BTP-focused training programs, including course content, hands-on labs, and real-world project scenarios for learners at different skill levels. The consultant-trainer will conduct classroom and virtual sessions, guide learners through business process-oriented use cases, and provide mentorship, feedback, and technical support. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating training materials, collaborating with other experts to align curriculum with current SAP and enterprise standards, and contributing to thought leadership through demos, workshops, and internal knowledge sharing. The role also requires engaging with stakeholders to understand industry needs and continuously enhancing the learning experience.
Qualifications
Strong SAP expertise, including SAP BTP and SAP FICO, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical training content.
Proven Training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, classroom delivery, and virtual instruction.
Solid understanding of Business Process design and integration within enterprise environments.
Experience with Materials Management or related functional modules, and their interaction with broader SAP landscapes.
Consulting skills, including requirement analysis, solution design, stakeholder communication, and learner mentoring.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in SAP BTP or SAP modules are an advantage.
Ability to create hands-on exercises, case studies, and project-based learning aligned with industry practices.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a commitment to learner success.
Prior experience as a corporate trainer, instructor, or implementation consultant in SAP or enterprise applications is highly beneficial.
