I am an Advocate practicing in Kochi with a specialized focus on construction law, infrastructure projects, and commercial dispute resolution. As a Partner at Gomez & Gomez Associates and a Chartered Member & Office Bearer of the Society of Construction Law (India) – Kerala Chapter, my practice bridges transactional advisory, contract risk management, and dispute advocacy across the building and infrastructure sectors.My professional work spans the lifecycle of complex projects—from drafting, negotiating, and vetting bespoke construction contracts and joint venture agreements to advising clients on claims management, delay analysis, and regulatory compliance. In contentious matters, I represent project owners, developers, contractors, and corporate entities before the High Court of Kerala, commercial courts, and arbitral tribunals.Through my role with the Society of Construction Law (Kerala Chapter), I am actively committed to modernizing regional infrastructure jurisprudence. I regularly contribute to initiatives promoting statutory adjudication, Dispute Avoidance Boards (DABs), and institutional arbitration, working alongside jurists, engineers, and public authorities to bridge the gap between technical execution and contract law.Core Areas of Practice:
