US Recruiter (Onsite- Local Candidates only)

About the Role
Glow Networks is looking for a motivated and result-oriented US Recruiter with experience in US recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to identify qualified candidates for telecom and technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for telecom and networking positions across the US market.
Source candidates through job portals such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
Negotiate pay rates, discuss job expectations, and coordinate offer rollouts with candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including onboarding and joining.
Achieve recruitment targets and meet defined submission, interview, and joining KPIs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in the telecom, networking, or IT infrastructure domain.
Understanding of US recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts and from the Panchkula office.
