Part-Time Graphic Designer

Location: Remote
Schedule: 15 hours per week, within 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pacific Time

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced designer to produce polished, on-brand materials for our marketing team and agents. You'll work across social media, email, print, and presentations, with the Director of Marketing setting priorities and giving final approval. This role suits someone who works independently, catches details others miss, and communicates before small issues become missed deadlines.
What You'll Do
Design and production
Create social media graphics, email headers, flyers, brochures, business cards, and other agent marketing materials.
Build presentations and webinar slides.
Edit and format short videos for social media and YouTube as needed.
Prepare files for digital use and professional printing.
Brand and systems
Keep branding consistent across company and agent materials.
Build and maintain editable templates for recurring projects.
Organize design files, photos, videos, and templates so the team can find and reuse them easily.
Collaboration and support
Track requests, report progress, and flag missing information or potential delays early.
Incorporate feedback and complete revisions on schedule.
Help occasionally with copywriting, proofreading, content posting, and email campaign formatting.
What You Bring
3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
A portfolio showing digital and print design and presentation work.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
Experience with Constant Contact; familiarity with Salesforce and Slack.
Video editing experience, including formatting content for YouTube and social media.
A strong command of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Sharp attention to detail, including proofreading names, dates, contact information, and formatting.
The ability to juggle multiple assignments and work independently.
Real estate or professional services marketing experience. (strongly preferred)
How We Work
You'll keep a consistent, agreed-upon 15-hour weekly schedule within the 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. PT window and respond promptly during those hours.
Most first drafts and revisions are due within 24–48 hours, adjusted for project complexity and your scheduled hours.
We expect you to follow project briefs, ask questions when something is unclear, and check work for accuracy and brand consistency before submitting it.
If a deadline is at risk, tell us early.
