Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a JavaScript Developer. The JavaScript Developer will build, enhance, and maintain web applications that support internal operations and client-facing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end features, implementing back-end logic and integrations, writing clean and scalable code, and optimizing performance across the stack. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that solutions adhere to best practices in security and maintainability. The developer will also contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new tools, frameworks, and development standards.
Qualifications
Strong JavaScript skills, with experience in modern JavaScript features and best practices.
Front-End Development experience, including building responsive UIs and working with frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
Back-End Web Development skills, with knowledge of server-side frameworks, APIs, and integration with databases.
Software Development experience, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with Redux.js or similar state management tools in complex front-end applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate across distributed teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing secure, maintainable code.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors is a plus.
