Role Description The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an excellent user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing code. The role involves integrating APIs and third-party services, writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, and maintaining documentation. The Flutter Developer will also monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving development processes and best practices. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), and RESTful API integration.
Experience with UI/UX implementation, responsive layouts, and working with design tools or assets provided by designers.
Skills in debugging, performance optimization, testing (unit, widget, integration), and version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of Android and iOS development ecosystems, including app store deployment, build pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in B2B or industrial domains is an advantage, along with familiarity with secure data handling and scalable application design.
