About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR GROUP FUNDING ASSOCIATE role is designed to support the organization's fundraising efforts by managing and expanding group funding initiatives. This position plays a critical role in securing resources necessary to sustain and grow the movement, contributing directly to the organization's ability to influence political outcomes and promote its mission. The role requires coordination with various stakeholders to enhance funding strategies and impact.
Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate relationships with funding groups
Develop and implement group fundraising strategies
Coordinate communications and engagement with donors
Track and report on funding progress and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to align funding efforts with organizational goals
Requirements:
Experience in fundraising or development roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
