Potential Scopes of Work
1. Product Packaging Design
Consultants may support the end-to-end design of packaging across Viya Health's product lines — from early concept through print-ready production — ensuring every touchpoint reflects Viya Health's brand identity while meeting the practical demands of manufacturing, retail, and regulatory environments across our markets.
Responsibilities may include:
Designing primary and secondary packaging artwork (boxes, labels, inserts, sachets, bottles, etc.) for new product launches and existing product refreshes
Developing packaging concepts that balance shelf/e-commerce standout with cost-effective production
Adapting packaging designs and language for different in-market regulatory, labeling, and translation requirements
Preparing die-lines, print-ready files, and color specifications, and liaising directly with manufacturers and printers through proofing and production
Ensuring packaging designs remain consistent with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity across the full product portfolio
Sourcing or directing product photography, 3D renders, or mockups to visualize packaging concepts for internal approval and marketing use
Staying current on sustainable/eco-friendly packaging materials and formats relevant to our markets
2. Digital & Social Media Campaign Design
Consultants may lead the visual design of digital and social media campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support product or program launches across Viya Health's channels and paid media efforts.
Activities may include:
Translating campaign briefs and messaging strategy into cohesive visual concepts across social, digital, and paid media
Designing platform-specific creative — static posts, carousels, Stories/Reels, banners, and short-form video/motion graphics — optimized for each channel's specifications
Building out full campaign asset sets (e.g., a single campaign concept adapted across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and display/paid formats)
Adapting campaign creative for different markets, languages, and cultural contexts across our regions
Developing templates and toolkits that allow in-market teams to localize campaign assets consistently
Collaborating with content, media buying, and analytics teams on campaign calendars, A/B creative testing, and iterating designs based on performance data
Ensuring all campaign creative aligns with brand guidelines while pushing the visual identity forward for specific audiences or moments
3. VIYA (Brand) Content Designer
Consultants may take ownership of designing and producing VIYA’s visual content. You will create the graphics, photos, videos, etc that keep Viya Health's channels active and visually consistent, following the brand's look, feel and voice across formats and markets.
Responsibilities may include:
Designing and publishing a visual content for VIYA Health’s own channels, such as social posts and carousels, short-form video, website banners and imagery, and newsletter graphics
Building and maintaining a visual content calendar that shows what’s being designed, for which channel, and when it goes live, balancing brand stories, product and program updates, and company priorities
Creating original graphics, photography, and video, including finding stock or licensed imagery, planning shoots, and art-directing photographers or videographers so the results match VIYA’s visual style
Ensuring brand’s visual identity is consistent by checking that logos, colors, fonts, image style, and layouts are used correctly in work produced by internal teams, agencies, and other consultants
Coordinating the review and approval process so designs move smoothly from first draft to final, published version
Tracking which visuals and formats perform best (engagement, clicks, views) and using those results to improve future designs
Suggesting new visual formats, platforms, or creative approaches to grow VIYA’s audience and brand presence
4. Corporate Brand Assets: Conference & Board PowerPoints
Consultants may support the design of high-stakes corporate materials used with investors, partners, board members, and sector audiences — work that requires translating complex organizational content into polished, persuasive visual narratives under real deadlines.
Activities may include:
Designing investor- and conference-facing PowerPoint presentations, including pitch decks, sector panels, and keynote materials
Designing Board meeting decks, committee materials, and other governance presentations, often on confidential timelines
Building and maintaining a master presentation template system (slide layouts, chart styles, icon sets) so internal teams can self-serve consistent, on-brand decks
Translating dense data, financial models, research findings, or written reports into clear charts, infographics, and visual hierarchies
Designing supporting collateral for conferences and events — one-pagers, leave-behinds, name badges, signage, or booth graphics
Providing quick-turnaround slide edits and formatting support ahead of high-visibility meetings or presentations
5. Other Brand and Creative Deliverables
Consultants may support additional organizational needs and activities. Scope of work, activities, and deliverables to be defined in the Task Order.
How the Pool Works:

You will receive an Indefinite Quantity Contract that sets the overarching parameters for working with Viya Health. We will then issue specific Task Orders that include one or more scopes of work from those listed above. The specific engagement details would be outlined in the Task Order (full scope of work, deliverables, timeline, compensation, etc.).
