Our commercial real estate client is seeking a freelance Junior Production Designer to work with their team. This role is fully remote and project-based. You MUST be willing to work within standard EST working hours.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Junior Production Designer will be responsible for bringing an established creative direction to life across a variety of materials. This is an execution-focused, project-based role supporting presentations, proposals, LinkedIn graphics, and other brand materials as needs arise. The initial work will involve reviewing existing brand guidelines and helping apply a newly developed creative direction within those parameters. From there, the designer will create variations and iterations of materials and provide ongoing support on an ad hoc basis.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You are a hands-on designer who is comfortable taking an existing concept and translating it across different formats rather than developing a brand strategy from scratch. You have experience working within brand guidelines and can show versatility across presentations, proposals, and LinkedIn-focused graphics.
RESPONSBILITIES:
-Apply an established creative direction across presentations, proposals, LinkedIn graphics, and other brand materials
-Create multiple design options, layouts, templates, and iterations based on provided direction
-Work within existing brand guidelines while helping explore how a new creative direction can be applied
-Support primarily internal materials, with the potential for external-facing work depending on brand approvals
-Assist with new design needs as projects arise
REQUIREMENTS:
-2+ year of graphic design and digital production experience
-Proficient working within the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) and PowerPoint
-Background in corporate and/or commercial real estate preferred
-Must have own computer and programs
-Must be willing to attend meetings upon request during standard EST hours
