About the role
The Trainer and Assessor will be responsible to plan, develop and deliver vocational education training and assessment in accordance with the relevant training packages, Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025 and the Australian Qualifications Framework. The Trainer and Assessor plays a crucial role in equipping our students with practical skills and knowledge that align with current industry requirements, thereby enhancing their employability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery – Conduct training sessions, develop training materials, assessment methods adapt training methods and delivery.
Assessment and Evaluation – Assess learner competency, provide feedback, maintain records and participate in validation work processes.
Learner Support – Support learners, monitor student progress and encourage development for a positive learning experience.
Quality Assurance – Adhere to training standards, ensure continuous improvement, and compliance standards are achieved.
