The Network Team is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of global multi-cloud and IT network infrastructures. This role manages high-performance connectivity across GCP and Azure for our production SaaS, evaluates and troubleshoots external carrier-level internet performance, and supports internal IT network operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Multi-Cloud Engineering: Design and maintain production networking components in GCP and Azure.
● External Connectivity & Performance: Measure and troubleshoot global internet and cloud provider performance.
● Provider Relations: Interface with tier-1 network operators, ISP engineering teams, and cloud providers (GCP/Azure) to diagnose and resolve complex connectivity or performance issues.
