About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

About Intervue:
Intervue is an on-demand interview platform that helps companies hire top-tier employees without burning out their internal teams.
Companies hand their interviews to Intervue, and vetted profiles from leading companies run live interviews and share a detailed recommendation on every candidate, usually within 120 minutes.
We handle the interviews so teams can focus on building.
Our customers hire 2.5x faster, save up to 83% of the bandwidth that interviews used to take, and give candidates an experience they rate 4.3/5.
Today Intervue offers Interview as a Service, AI Screen, Mock Interviews, ATS, Assessments and Insights.
We work with product companies, IT services firms, IT staffing companies, startups and universities, including XpressBees, Tekion, Nykaa, Rakuten, Yubi, KreditBee, M2P and Gainwell.
Intervue was founded in 2021, is headquartered in Bengaluru, and is a team of 120+ people.
We are now building our marketing function from the ground up.
This is an owner role: you will design the programme, run it, measure it and grow it.
About the role:
We are looking for a Field Marketing & Partnerships Specialist to own how Intervue shows up in the room and who we grow alongside.
You will own our current events programme and build the partner program from scratch, and both will be measured on the pipeline they create.
Technical hiring decisions are made by a tight community of TA leaders, CHROs, engineering leaders and CXOs.
The fastest way to earn their trust is to get in front of them, in their communities, at the right moments.
You will make that happen, consistently and at scale.
What you will own:
Intervue's events calendar: owned events, third-party conferences, webinars and virtual events
Partnerships and alliances: HR tech platforms, industry associations, HR and TA communities, and universities
Event-sourced and partner-sourced pipeline, from invite list to closed deal
Budget, vendors and ROI for every event and partnership
Key Responsibilities:
Events
Build and run an annual events strategy and calendar aligned to target accounts, ICPs and sales priorities
Plan and run owned events: CHRO and TA leader roundtables, executive dinners, city meetups and a flagship Intervue event
Select and manage third-party conferences and HR tech events: sponsorships, booths, speaking slots and side events
Run the full event lifecycle: concept, venue and vendors, guest list, invitations, on-ground execution and follow-up
Work with SDRs and AEs on pre-event outreach, in-event meetings and post-event follow-up so every event turns into conversations
Run a regular webinar and virtual event series with customers, experts and partners
Track attendance, meetings booked, pipeline and cost per opportunity for every event
Partnerships:
Identify, pitch and sign partners who reach our buyers: ATS and HRMS platforms, HR tech companies, staffing and industry associations, HR and TA communities, and universities
Build co-marketing programmes with partners: joint webinars, reports, events and content swaps
Design and run referral and channel programmes that bring in qualified pipeline
Own partner relationships end to end: onboarding, enablement, regular reviews and joint planning
Build a speaker and community bench of TA and engineering leaders who can represent Intervue on stage and online
Report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline every month
Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B events, field marketing, community or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or HRTech
A track record of running events end to end, from small executive roundtables to large conferences
Proven experience building partnerships from scratch, including pitching, negotiating and signing partners
Experience tying events and partnerships to pipeline and revenue, not only attendance
An existing network in India's HR, TA or HR tech ecosystem
Strong vendor, budget and project management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
High ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, and willingness to travel
Good to have:
Experience in HRTech, recruiting, IT services or IT staffing
Relationships with HR industry bodies, TA communities or university placement cells
Experience running channel, referral or reseller programmes
Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM for event and partner attribution
