We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Solution Architect – Windchill to lead enterprise-scale PLM transformation initiatives and define end-to-end Windchill architecture, integrations, data migration, and deployment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own target-state PLM architecture, standards, governance, and roadmap
• Lead large-scale Windchill implementations and PLM transformation programs
• Architect Windchill integrations with CAD, ERP/MES, ThingWorx, and Navigate
• Define REST, OData, Info*Engine, middleware, and event-driven integration strategies
• Lead enterprise data migration, cleansing, harmonization, and governance
• Define DEV/QA/UAT/PROD environment and deployment strategies
• Establish CI/CD and DevOps practices for Windchill
• Lead UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and continuous optimization
• Drive architecture across multiple workstreams, vendors, and system integrators
Required Expertise:
• 15+ years of PLM experience
• 10+ years of hands-on PTC Windchill architecture & implementation
• Experience leading large-scale greenfield Windchill/PLM transformation programs
• Strong expertise in PDMLink, MPMLink, PartLink, Change & Configuration Management
• BOM/eBOM/mBOM management and BOM synchronization
• Supplier & Document Management
• CAD data management and visualization
• Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) / ETL migration experience
• CAD integrations: Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor
• ERP/MES integrations, especially SAP
• ThingWorx, Navigate, IoT/Digital Thread environments
• REST APIs, OData, Info*Engine, middleware/iPaaS
• Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL Server
• LDAP/Active Directory, Apache/Tomcat
• Windchill clustering, performance tuning, scalability, security/ACL architecture
