Intro
Here at Future Hospitality Group (FHG) we are always on the hunt for great people who are or want to become hospitality superstars. Are you after a role not currently listed? Not sure if you’ll fit in? If you haven’t already been into one of our venues, it’s important to know that we LOVE hospitality and are looking for people to share that passion with! Work hard, play hard is an obvious prerequisite in this industry, but we believe it needs to be backed by a fun, rewarding workplace where personal growth and opportunity is as important to us as it is to YOU!
Values
The values of FHG are the cornerstone of how we work here and how we attract the right people to work for us. We pride ourselves on ensuring all members of the team are aware of the values we hold and work towards these on a daily basis. This allows a culture that takes care of itself - you'll soon know if fit in with the team.
Our values are; Aspiration, Collaboration, Communication, Consistency and Culture. If this feels like something you resonate with and can get behind, please keep reading.
We want to hear from you!
So far, so good? Even though the skills that you can bring to the team may not be listed in the current vacancies, we are always interested to hear from people that align with our goals and vision.
Although we may not be actively seeking candidates for open roles, we are always looking for A-Players to join our community.
