WHAT WE DO:
ER2 partners with organizations ranging from growing businesses to some of the world's largest enterprises, providing technology deployment, equipment management, and zero-waste IT disposal solutions. We're also committed to reducing the digital divide through donation initiatives that increase access to technology and opportunity in under-resourced communities.
OUR CORE VALUES:
Constantly Improving
Acting in Humility
Living a Life of Servanthood
Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence
We believe strong organizations are built by humble, accountable, growth-minded people who are committed to serving others and continuously improving.
We value teammates who step in where needed, support one another, and take pride in doing great work. In return, we strive to create an environment where people can learn, develop new skills, and grow both professionally and personally.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, finding answers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Do you take pride in being the person others can count on to get things done thoroughly, accurately, and on time?
ER2 is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support several members of our Executive Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to become a trusted resource to our executives, helping them stay organized, make informed decisions, and focus their time where it matters most.
This role goes beyond calendars and administrative support. You'll research questions, organize information, coordinate projects, manage important details, and help turn executive priorities into completed work.
We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, is naturally thorough and resourceful, and finds satisfaction in producing accurate, high-quality results. You'll have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our business, build meaningful working relationships, and become increasingly valuable as your knowledge and expertise grow.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Reports to: Members of ELT
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 | Salary - DOE
Location: Mesa, AZ | In-Office
Your impact will be measured not just by the tasks you complete, but by the confidence our executives have in knowing that when something is in your hands, it's being handled.
THE PERFECT FIT:
Success in this role means becoming someone our Executive Leadership Team can consistently depend on. You're the person who knows where things stand, where to find the information, what still needs to happen, and how to bring something to completion.
You take pride in getting the details right, staying organized, and delivering work that doesn't need to be repeatedly checked or followed up on. As you gain experience and deepen your understanding of ER2, you'll be trusted with increasingly complex responsibilities and greater independence.
Ultimately, you create confidence and capacity. Our executives can focus on leading the business because they trust that the details, information, and responsibilities you've taken ownership of are being handled with care, accuracy, and consistency.
KEY SKILLS:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
