As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Produce regular property market research reports covering the national outlook, market trends, and consumer behavior for internal and external stakeholders
Analyze user behavior on our platforms to deliver regular market and consumer insights to internal teams and customers
Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and areas for improvement for the management team
Design surveys and conduct fieldwork for project-based market reports commissioned by developers and real estate agencies
Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional strategic projects as required
Support the company's annual strategic planning, including developing, tracking, and reporting departmental OKRs and initiatives
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling storylines
Proficient in data and analytics tools, including Looker and Google Analytics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
Able to prioritize effectively and work independently across multiple workstreams
Solid understanding of the Vietnam real estate market
