Job Description: Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Role Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce . The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) with proven hands-on experience in Agentforce implementations, strong Salesforce development skills, and the ability to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
Provide expert technical guidance on Agentforce capabilities, configuration, customization, and implementation best practices.
Lead Salesforce development across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and external systems.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Gearset and GitHub.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, code quality, security, and performance best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce implementation, with strong subject matter expertise.
Strong Salesforce development experience across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
Experience with Gearset and GitHub for source control, version management, and deployments is preferred.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or other integration mechanisms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, security, and scalable solution design.
Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and architectural guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
Experience with Data Cloud, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead who can independently drive Agentforce implementations, guide development teams, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while providing expert-level technical direction.
