Role Description
We are looking for a Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in frontend development, web applications, user-interface development, responsive design, API integration, performance optimization, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.
The Frontend Developer will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, dashboards, enterprise interfaces, internal platforms, and digital systems.
The role may involve working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, REST APIs, JSON, state-management libraries, UI frameworks, testing tools, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in frontend development, frontend engineering, web development, UI development, software development, full stack development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Frontend Software Engineer, Web Developer, Web Software Engineer, UI Developer, UI Engineer, React Developer, Angular Developer, JavaScript Developer, TypeScript Developer, Full Stack Developer, Associate Frontend Developer, Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Frontend Developer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, component lifecycle, routing, forms, event handling, state management, DOM manipulation, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and modern user-interface best practices.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI and component frameworks will be advantageous.
Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management, bundling, and build tools.
Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar platforms will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar database technologies will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, Vitest, unit testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing will be beneficial.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with browser developer tools, debugging techniques, frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, bundle optimization, and Core Web Vitals will be beneficial.
Exposure to OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, content security policies, and general frontend-security concepts will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, component libraries, and translating designs into functional interfaces will be beneficial.
Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with accessibility standards, browser compatibility, SEO fundamentals, web-performance metrics, and user-experience optimization will be beneficial.
Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise technology solutions will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and translate them into responsive, scalable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can also apply.
Strong willingness to learn new frontend technologies, frameworks, APIs, UI libraries, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
