Role Description
We are looking for an Android Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Android application development, mobile software engineering, Kotlin, Java, APIs, mobile UI development, cloud integration, application performance, and modern mobile-development practices.
The Android Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Android applications, mobile interfaces, API integrations, internal platforms, enterprise mobility solutions, and digital tools.
The role may involve working with Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, XML, REST APIs, Firebase, Room, SQLite, MVVM, Coroutines, Git, testing frameworks, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and other modern Android technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Android development, mobile application development, software engineering, Kotlin development, Java development, mobile software development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Android Software Engineer, Android Developer, Android Engineer, Mobile Software Engineer, Mobile Application Developer, Mobile Developer, Kotlin Developer, Java Android Developer, Android Application Developer, Associate Android Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Android Developer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of Kotlin, Java, or both for Android application development.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, exception handling, debugging, clean code, and software-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, application lifecycle, Activities, Fragments, Services, Intents, Broadcast Receivers, and Android components will be beneficial.
Exposure to Jetpack Compose, XML layouts, Material Design, responsive mobile interfaces, reusable UI components, or modern Android UI-development practices will be advantageous.
Familiarity with Android Jetpack components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager, DataStore, Lifecycle, or similar libraries will be beneficial.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, API integration, authentication, authorization, and client-server communication.
Exposure to Retrofit, OkHttp, Ktor, Volley, or similar networking libraries will be advantageous.
Familiarity with Room, SQLite, Firebase, Firestore, Realm, or similar local and cloud data-storage technologies will be beneficial.
Understanding of software architectures such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, Clean Architecture, repository patterns, or modular application design will be advantageous.
Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, asynchronous programming, background processing, or multithreading will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, Robolectric, UI testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Firestore, Remote Config, or similar mobile services will be considered an advantage.
Exposure to Google Play Console, APK/AAB generation, application signing, version management, publishing, release management, or app-distribution processes will be beneficial.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Firebase, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with mobile performance optimization, memory management, battery optimization, network optimization, offline functionality, caching, and application responsiveness will be beneficial.
Exposure to OAuth, JWT, secure storage, encryption, role-based access, API security, authentication, authorization, and mobile-application security concepts will be advantageous.
Familiarity with push notifications, deep links, maps, location services, camera integration, Bluetooth, NFC, sensors, file handling, or device APIs will be beneficial.
Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET, REST APIs, or databases will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, mobile design systems, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility, and translating designs into functional mobile interfaces will be advantageous.
Exposure to Flutter, React Native, iOS development, Swift, cross-platform applications, or other mobile technologies will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and translate them into responsive, reliable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly Android applications.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, academic project, Android project, Kotlin project, Java project, mobile application, API integration project, Firebase project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
Candidates without previous full-time Android-development experience can also apply.
