Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, initial interviews, suitability assessments, client endorsements, and interview coordination.
Recruit for technical roles across mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance, including Project Engineers, Maintenance Planners, and Maintenance Supervisors.
Conduct high-volume sourcing and cold calling, targeting approximately 70–80 calls per day.
Perform targeted talent searches using Boolean techniques, recruitment databases, and CRM/ATS platforms.
Manage bulk email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, candidate engagement, and follow-ups.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, maintenance, mining, or construction.
Excellent communication skills, strong phone confidence, and an engaging personality, with proven experience in high-volume sourcing and cold calling.
Australian recruitment experience is preferred; Other international recruitment exposure will also be considered.
Strong knowledge of Boolean searches, CRM/ATS systems, and candidate database management.
JobAdder experience is highly desirable; LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search exposure is advantageous.
Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
