Cloud Infrastructure Lead/IT Service Delivery Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Cloud Infrastructure Lead / IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee cloud infrastructure, IT operations, and service delivery while ensuring system reliability, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership and strategic planning capabilities to optimize infrastructure performance, strengthen IT service management, and support the organization's digital transformation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure, IT systems, networks, and enterprise technology platforms.
Manage IT service delivery to ensure system availability, service quality, operational stability, and timely incident resolution.
Oversee cloud environments, infrastructure monitoring, backup and recovery, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity.
Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, compliance standards, and infrastructure risk management practices.
Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous service improvement.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize service disruptions and improve system reliability.
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business needs.
Manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, IT budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
Lead and mentor IT teams, establish operational best practices, and promote a culture of accountability and service excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management, IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or IT service delivery.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, along with networking, virtualization, and infrastructure security.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and incident, problem, and change management processes.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and service performance management.
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience coordinating internal teams and external service providers.
Proactive, security-conscious, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to operational excellence, service reliability, and continuous improvement.
