We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior IT Manager to oversee technology operations, lead IT teams, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. 🔹 Role Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

✅ Manage technology projects, budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
✅ Strengthen cybersecurity practices, access controls, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
✅ Monitor system performance, resolve major technical issues, and improve service reliability.
✅ Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
✅ Establish IT policies, procedures, and performance indicators.
✅ Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to deliver effective technology solutions.
🎯 Qualifications
✔️ 3+ years of relevant IT management experience preferred, with demonstrated responsibility for technical teams or major IT operations.
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity principles.
✔️ Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Experience managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service delivery.
✔️ Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, is an advantage.
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
✔️ A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
✔️ Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are an advantage.
