Location: Surat, Gujarat
Function: Human Resources – Warehouse Operations
Role Overview
Partner with warehouse operations to drive workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring workforce stability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
Drive workforce planning and bulk hiring in coordination with Talent Acquisition.
Manage blue-collar employees and contract labor, including vendor coordination and compliance.
Monitor attendance, shift management, manpower deployment, and productivity.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and shop-floor employee relations.
Drive employee engagement, attrition control, and frontline workforce retention initiatives.
Validate attendance and payroll inputs in coordination with the Payroll team.
Ensure statutory compliance, labor law adherence, HR audits, and documentation.
Prepare HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in HR operations/HRBP, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong expertise in blue-collar workforce and contract labor management.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
