Position description: Responsible for managing and deepening relationships with customers at the branch, driving sales of banking products, and ensuring superior customer service and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers
- Cross-sell banking products (liabilities, assets, insurance)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews
- Ensure compliance with KYC and banking norms
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support branch acquisition targets
- Coordinate with product and operations teams
- Maintain MIS and customer records
