🚀 Urgent Hiring | HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Aaizel Tech
Aaizel Tech is looking to connect with an experienced HR professional or a reliable recruitment agency to support our hiring requirements on priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, technical recruitment, candidate screening, and end-to-end hiring coordination.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities
• Experience hiring for AI/ML, Software Development, Cybersecurity, or other technical roles is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple positions and close requirements within timelines
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Recruitment agencies with a proven track record of successful placements are also welcome to connect
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
