Java Production Support Engineer – L2/L3 | 5-8 Years

We are looking for experienced Java L2/L3 Production Support Engineers to support business-critical applications and troubleshoot production issues in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle L2/L3 production support and incident management.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve application issues.
Debug Core Java 8 code and analyze application logs.
Troubleshoot issues using SQL queries and database analysis.
Work with Unix/Linux commands for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Support production deployments and releases.
Monitor applications using AWS services and tools.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Maintain support documentation and identify automation opportunities.
Mandatory Skills
5–8 years of overall experience, with strong application production support experience.
Hands-on experience with Core Java 8 and code-level debugging.
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell commands.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, EKS, ECR, CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy.
Good to Have
Microservices architecture
CI/CD concepts
Cloud-based production support
ITIL and monitoring/observability practices
Educational Qualification — Mandatory
BE/BTech or equivalent 4-year degree, OR
Graduation and post-graduation combined totaling at least 4 years of education.
