About the Role
Are you a student looking to gain valuable customer service experience in an international environment? We are looking for a German-speaking Student Technical Support Analyst to join our team and help deliver an excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer journey through various communication channels.
What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via multiples platfroms in German.
Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and follow-up activities professionally.
Document customer interactions in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
Active student status.
Advanced German language skills (C1 level or higher).
Communicative English language skills (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
