Guest Operations Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the operations team at a hospitality SaaS company expanding across Europe. You will manage guest cases, coordinate with remote colleagues and local service providers, and turn day-to-day experience into scalable processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support guests throughout their journey, from booking inquiries through check-out, using AI support while taking ownership of decisions.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities between remote teams, customers, and external service providers.
- Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Build and improve operational processes based on real guest scenarios.
- Work closely with the founding team to help develop hospitality operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native German speaker with English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- A completed university degree in business administration, communications, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in guest operations, customer service, or hospitality operations, including guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, or check-outs.
- Experience coordinating across teams, customers, and external service providers.
- Ability to identify workflow improvements and make organized decisions under time pressure.
- Background in hospitality, short-term rentals, property operations, or a related field is valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany.
