JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Full Stack Engineer 6–7 years experience About We build AI and data solutions that help organizations turn their data into better decisions and automated workflows. Our teams design, build and run production-grade systems, from data platforms and machine-learning models to agentic AI applications, for clients across industries. We work in small, senior, cross-functional teams where each person owns their work from design through to production. Role summary We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build modern, secure and scalable web applications end to end. You will develop rich front ends and robust APIs, including data-heavy dashboards and AI-powered user experiences, and take features from design through to production. You will care about usability, performance, security and code quality. Key responsibilities Front end Build responsive, accessible web applications using React and TypeScript Develop complex, data-rich interfaces: dashboards, multi-step forms, tables, charts and real-time views Build AI-powered user experiences such as chat and assistant interfaces with streaming responses Maintain a shared component library and design system ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and front-end performance Back end & APIs Design and build REST or GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django) or Node.js Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, SSO, role-based access control) Design relational and NoSQL data models and write efficient, secure data access code Integrate with third-party services, background jobs, queues and AI / ML services Quality, security & delivery Write automated tests across the stack (unit, integration and end-to-end with Playwright or Cypress) Apply secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and manage secrets safely Own CI/CD, containerization and cloud deployments contribute to infrastructure as code Instrument applications with logging, tracing and monitoring Collaboration Work with designers, product owners, data engineers and AI engineers to turn requirements into great products Take part in design and code reviews, give clear technical estimates and mentor other engineers Required qualifications & experience 6–7 years of professional full-stack development experience delivering production web applications Strong React and TypeScript skills, including state management, data fetching, forms and component libraries Strong back-end experience with Python (FastAPI, Django or Flask) and / or Node.js (Express, NestJS) Solid SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MySQL) familiarity with NoSQL stores Experience implementing authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect Experience deploying containerized applications to a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP) Experience with automated testing, Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks Data visualization experience (Recharts, Chart.js, D3) and building analytical dashboards Experience integrating LLM APIs into products (streaming, chat interfaces, RAG-backed features) Experience with micro-frontends or modular application architectures Kubernetes and Terraform experience Technology environment What success looks like First 90 days: understand our products and codebase, and ship meaningful features to production end to end First 6 months: own a significant product area, with good test coverage, strong performance and positive user feedback Ongoing: a consistent, fast and secure application experience, and a codebase others find easy to work in Key competencies Ownership: takes responsibility for outcomes from design through to production Quality mindset: writes tested, maintainable, well-documented work Clear communication: explains technical ideas to technical and business audiences Collaboration: works across disciplines in a small, fast-moving team Continuous learning: keeps up with new tools and practices and applies them pragmatically What we offer The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and data projects with real business impact A modern cloud, data and AI technology stack A small, senior, collaborative team with direct access to decision makers Competitive salary and benefits, and support for training and certifications Hybrid working arrangements How to apply Please send your CV and a short cover letter describing a relevant project you have delivered, to [application e-mail / careers page].
