German-Speaking Business Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the go-to-market team at a legal technology company focused on contract intelligence. You will help potential clients understand how solutions can address their needs while supporting the company's market growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead consultative conversations with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend relevant solutions.
- Build and manage a qualified prospect pipeline using data-driven insights and strategic outreach.
- Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals by connecting their problems to the product's value.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine go-to-market strategy based on market feedback.
- Use established sales playbooks while adapting your approach based on results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Professional German proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in business development, sales development, or a sales role.
- Experience leading client-facing consultative sales conversations and advising prospects rather than relying on scripts.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and tracking deal progress in a CRM or equivalent system.
- Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy or market entry planning.
- Background in legal technology, legal services, or B2B SaaS is valuable.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity, rapid decisions, and minimal process overhead.
