Operations Associate, Customer Success

ABOUT THE ROLE
This associate-level role supports customers after the sale within a customer success function at an AI and discovery technology company. You will help customers stay engaged, get value from the service, and share feedback that informs improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Follow up proactively with customers and provide ongoing post-sales support.
- Serve as a dedicated customer success partner, delivering attentive service.
- Track customer analytics and recommend improvements based on what you learn.
- Surface relevant leads and opportunities, gather customer feedback, and help refine product fit.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of professional experience, with experience in a technology company or startup.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales customer support.
- Experience managing ongoing customer relationships and conducting proactive outreach.
- Ability to track and analyze customer metrics or analytics to inform business decisions.
- Background in AI, search, discovery, or an adjacent technology field is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual base salary range: $70,000 to $90,000.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, six days per week.
