SEO Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead SEO strategy and execution for a growing B2B AI communications software company, starting with DACH and expanding into international markets. Working with Marketing, website, and engineering teams, you will grow organic visibility across traditional search and AI search tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and additional international markets.
- Partner with website and engineering teams on site architecture, page structure, crawlability, and technical SEO implementation.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis for traditional search and AI-generated results.
- Write, commission, brief, and evaluate content for priority search queries.
- Manage the SEO budget and external agency relationships while retaining strategic ownership.
- Measure performance and use results to improve rankings and organic traffic.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of full-time SEO experience, with ownership of strategy and execution and measurable results at scale.
- Experience developing SEO across multiple international markets and languages, including DACH.
- Hands-on technical SEO expertise and experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement improvements.
- Strong keyword research and competitive analysis skills across traditional search and AI search tools.
- Excellent SEO copywriting skills or experience commissioning and evaluating search-focused content.
- Experience managing SEO budgets and working with agencies while maintaining in-house strategic ownership.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow or a similar website platform.
- Fluency in both English and German.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual base salary: €65,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria.
