About the Role
Startup Lab is seeking an experienced Chief Collaborative Operations Officer (CCOO) to lead cross-functional collaboration, operational strategy, and organizational efficiency.
This executive will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen business operations, align strategic priorities, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead company-wide operational collaboration and strategic execution.
Improve communication and coordination across departments.
Develop scalable operational processes and performance standards.

Qualifications
15+ years of experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational transformation.
Strong strategic planning, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience in startup environments, technology, or business innovation preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
