Deputy Manager (MG3).

This role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end techno-commercial tendering, bid estimation, and precise cost modelling for data center power infrastructure projects across enterprise, government, EPC, and hyperscaler opportunities.
The role encompasses preparing itemized cost estimates, evaluating High Horsepower (HHP) genset sizing, containerized OptiPrime solution pricing, redundancy requirements (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1), and aligning bids with Uptime Institute Tier II/III/IV compliance standards.
Position Specific Skills:
Proficiency in tender evaluation, BOQ compilation, and cost modeling for High Horsepower (HHP) DG sets and containerized solutions (OptiPrime).
Sound understanding of data center power architectures, redundancy levels (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1), and Uptime Institute Tier II/III/IV standards.
Ability to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD), mechanical layouts, and civil/electrical specs.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and cost-estimation software.
Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, vendor price benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration.
