Founding Marketing Lead / Product Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role offers two marketing paths at an early-stage B2B AI company: Founding Marketing Lead or Product Marketing Manager. You will help translate a technical voice AI platform into clear, compelling positioning and build marketing that supports growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and storytelling that make technical capabilities clear and memorable.
- Lead go-to-market launches for products, features, customer segments, and international markets.
- As Marketing Lead, own marketing strategy, budget, KPIs, and pipeline impact while building growth programs across organic and paid channels.
- Use AI and automation to create repeatable marketing workflows, and hire and lead a team while staying hands-on.
- As Product Marketing Manager, develop sales decks, enablement materials, case studies, testimonials, and website messaging.
- Track competitive and market intelligence, test channels, and use results to guide decisions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- For the Marketing Lead path, at least 4 years of growth or marketing experience, including end-to-end ownership and meaningful budget responsibility; for Product Marketing, at least 3 years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Experience in startups or scaleups, including building new marketing programs and scaling established ones.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical products through clear positioning and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with marketing channels, experimentation, KPIs, pipeline measurement, and AI or automation tools.
- Experience launching into new segments or international markets and, for the Marketing Lead path, building and leading a team.
- Native or fluent German and professional fluency in English.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €75,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site, 5 days a week in Berlin, Germany.
