Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the growth team at an early-stage AI voice software company as its founding Sales Development Representative. You will generate and manage pipeline, help establish repeatable sales processes, and have the opportunity to progress into full-cycle deal ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outreach.
- Contact prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and build relationships with potential customers.
- Manage sales pipeline and keep CRM records and tools up to date.
- Help develop the go-to-market motion, sales playbook, and repeatable outreach strategies.
- Progress toward owning and closing deals end to end based on performance.
- Contribute to growing the sales team and refining its processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Direct sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a consistent record of exceeding targets or KPIs.
- Ability and willingness to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and manage CRM pipeline.
- Strong business sense and the ability to understand different companies' needs.
- Fluent or near-native German proficiency and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1 level.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach and comfort with customer-facing work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
