Support Finishing Line

Job Purpose
To support the safe and efficient operation of the Finishing Line by ensuring product quality, machine availability, process adherence, and achievement of production targets while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
Assist in operating and monitoring Finishing Line equipment.
Ensure smooth material movement through the finishing process.
Support line setup, changeovers, and process parameter adjustments.
Monitor production output against daily shift targets.
Minimize downtime through timely reporting of abnormalities.
Quality Management
Conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks as per quality standards.
Identify product defects and segregate non-conforming material.
Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all safety guidelines, SOPs, and work instructions.
Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Report unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents immediately.
Ensure proper usage of PPE at all times.
Maintenance Coordination
Perform basic autonomous maintenance activities.
Support maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned shutdowns.
Report equipment abnormalities for timely corrective action.
Housekeeping & 5S
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Follow 5S practices and participate in improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper storage and handling of finished products.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in Kaizen, TPM, WCM, Lean Manufacturing, or CI initiatives.
Suggest ideas for productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
Support implementation of operational excellence projects.
