Operations Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the operations team at an AI-powered recruiting startup, working alongside operations colleagues and company leadership. You will coordinate candidate introductions and hiring manager follow-ups to help keep recruiting activity organized and moving forward.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.
- Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.
- Review candidate lists for fit with role, location, and salary requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
- Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, reviewing their output for accuracy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Some experience in customer service, recruiting, scheduling, support, sales, or another customer-facing coordination role. Prior internship experience is not required.
- Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple tasks.
- Comfort speaking by phone with people you have not met before.
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation; prior use is helpful.
- Based in Utah, preferably the Salt Lake or Utah County area, or able to commute to Salt Lake City or Lehi for in-person days.
- Available 20 hours per week for three months starting in November 2026.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay is $20 to $25 per hour for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in Salt Lake City or Lehi, Utah. The first one to two weeks include in-person onboarding.
