Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Own and grow a portfolio of B2B customers for an AI-powered business communications platform. Working across customer success, product, and marketing, you will help customers adopt the product, realize measurable value, and expand their use over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer use cases and improve the value they receive from AI-powered phone automation.
- Lead account reviews, discovery conversations, upsells, and renewal discussions.
- Analyze product usage and demonstrate measurable customer impact.
- Own expansion revenue across upgrades, add-ons, and renewals against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention.
- Share structured customer and market feedback with product and go-to-market teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and coordinate account plans across teams.
- Help develop the account management and expansion approach as the business grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
- Experience driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.
- Native-level German proficiency for customer calls, reviews, and demonstrations.
- A structured, customer-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
OTE is €65,000 to €95,000, consisting of fixed salary plus uncapped commission, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
