Recruiting Intern

Role Description The Recruiting Intern role at PW is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for various roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with job postings, updating recruitment trackers, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth interview and onboarding experience. The intern will also help organize training and orientation sessions for new hires, contribute to recruitment reports and data entry, and collaborate with the HR team on employer branding and campus outreach initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations within a fast-growing education technology organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support sourcing, shortlisting, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Training to assist in conducting initial assessments and facilitating onboarding or induction programs.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
Basic understanding of HR processes, applicant tracking tools, or recruitment platforms is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
MBA in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Interest in the education and edtech sector, along with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn, will be beneficial.
