Education:• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, or related field,• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Key Responsibilities• Process and post vendor invoices in SAP VIM accurately and within agreed timelines.• Perform three-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoices.• Validate invoice details, tax codes, Bank details extracted through OCR• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, and duplicate payments.• Monitor invoice workflow queues• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding items.• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.• Generate and analyze invoice processing reports and KPIs.• Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and business teams to resolve payment issues.
