Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Connect Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise customers. The role requires hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, serverless architectures, and AWS service integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions.Build and maintain contact flows, IVR solutions, routing strategies, queues, and agent experiences.Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.Implement data integration solutions using DynamoDB and Amazon S3.Configure monitoring, logging, and operational dashboards using CloudWatch.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to deliver robust solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design workshops.Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.Required SkillsAmazon Connect (Primary Skill)Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect implementation and support.Expertise in Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Prompts, and Agent Workspace.Experience integrating Amazon Connect with external applications and services.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.AWS ServicesAWS LambdaAmazon DynamoDBAmazon S3Amazon API GatewayAmazon CloudWatchExperience in serverless application development and cloud-native architectures.Preferred SkillsExperience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.Understanding of AWS security and governance best practices.Exposure to contact center transformation projects.Experience working in Agile development environments.
