Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! – Intensive Community Based Services Coordinator (Program Analyst 3)
The Oregon Health Authority’s Child and Family Behavioral Health (CFBH) team works to strengthen behavioral health supports for children, young adults, and their families by applying trauma‑informed approaches, developmental science, and System of Care values. By championing consistent, effective services statewide, the team helps ensure that children receive the right care at the right time—so they can stay connected to their homes, schools, and communities. Through partnerships across child‑serving systems, CFBH supports Oregon’s growing continuum of care designed to meet families’ needs close to home.
In this role, you’ll help advance community‑based behavioral health services by shaping programs that respond to children and youth experiencing acute mental health challenges. You’ll work with hospitals, crisis centers, and providers to strengthen the Intensive In-home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) program and ensure that this program is implemented statewide effectively, collaboratively, and guided by real‑time evaluation. The work includes overseeing projects, guiding program improvements, supporting policy direction, and helping partners navigate challenges so youth and families receive reliable, high‑quality care. If you’re energized by work that improves outcomes for young people and supports meaningful system change, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact.
