Job Description:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including 3+ years with App Engine Studio and custom application development.
Strong experience with scoped applications, server-side scripting, Glide Record, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scripted REST APIs.
Hands-on expertise with Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Experience with REST integrations, JSON, ACLs, platform governance, security, and upgrade-safe application development.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, code reviews, technical documentation, and production troubleshooting.
Ability to mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
