Sr. Director, Revenue Cycle

You will oversee complex initiatives spanning patient eligibility, billing, accounts receivable, claims management, and performance analytics to improve efficiency and accelerate collections. Using data-driven insights, financial modeling, and operational reporting, you will identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions that strengthen revenue outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve processes, support technology-driven innovation, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
