Key Responsibilities 1 External Sourcing Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles Source and review resumes Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. What are we looking for? Primary skill - Talent Identification - P4 Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities 1 External Sourcing Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles Source and review resumes Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools Match qualified candidates to open requisitions 3 Candidate Intake and Screening Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities 4 Automated Candidate Screening Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data Provide recruitment administration and reporting support Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes Key Skills Recruitment and candidate sourcing Candidate screening and qualification Recruitment data management Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and process adherence
